We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging (if applicable)
- Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Certain items may be non‑returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (such as food items, bath products, or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@thegiftinggame.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you’d like to return
- The reason for the return
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within the 15‑day return window. We’re happy to help you find the perfect replacement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right.
