Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods

• Standard Shipping
  • Orders ship via standard ground services and typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. This is the most economical option for most gift boxes.
  • Standard Shipping is free on all orders $35 and over.
• Priority Shipping
  • Priority orders are processed first and delivered within 1-3 business days. This option is ideal for time-sensitive gifts or special occasions. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday periods.

We will update our shipping policy as we add available shipping options or adjust prices.

Packaging

All gift boxes are packaged with care to ensure safe, beautiful delivery.

Delivery Issues

Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees apply. Once a package is marked “Delivered,” we cannot replace or refund lost or stolen items.
